  • We will ensure that the advice you receive is only provided by qualified advisers.
  • We will carry out a review of your circumstances before we make any recommendations about your mortgage and protection.
  • We will review your monthly budget with you to make sure that any recommendations are affordable both now and in the future.
  • We will discuss with you the need to have adequate provision for financial emergencies and ensure that you are aware of how you would cope.
  • When we make a mortgage recommendation, we will ensure that we make recommendations to cover all of the identified mortgage related protection needs.
  • We will not recommend any products or advise you to enter into any arrangements which are not appropriate for you.
  • In the event that you require any products which Arc & Co are unable to provide, we will refer you to an appropriately qualified Adviser.
  • Should you have cause to complain about any aspect of our service, we will deal with you fairly and consistently and within agreed timescales.
